We want you to love your Vanlife Giveaways gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
